****Per Covid 19 we are requiring pick up in my driveway nomore inside my home,
we do sanitize and expect you to as well****
We do not qualify our home as a petting zoo...
We do realize that everyone makes a really big deal about seeing your puppy before you buy but Puppies are still very susceptible to many diseases. Even with mother’s milk helping with their immune systems. So if you truly want to live by this then, you can wait until they are 8 weeks old before buying from us, keep in mind that this does not guarantee pups still available at 8 weeks of age.
The Number one suspect for all puppies is all well-known to us all;
It’s that deadly parvo virus which is considered the most deadly of all dog diseases.
Canine parvovirusis
This is a very contagious disease and for puppies this can be their death sentence.
This disease can survive for several months (most to believe this lasting on up to 2 years) living in the surrounding environment, and this cruel disease is also resistant to many disinfectants. Infection can occur directly or indirectly through contact with infected dogs, cats and even wild animals such as raccoons (cats are carriers but do not get this virus), but also through indirect contact with contaminated surfaces and objects. Your feet can contaminate our property if you have touched an infected virus of this sort.
Our number one priority is our puppy’s health and safety above and beyond letting just anyone into our home, as you can see this can and will cost us dearly! Once infected they all will be infected, resulting in thousands of dollars and probably loosing most of our beautiful babies.
When you arrive at our home to see puppies after they are of age, we will always ask you to take your shoes off before entering our home or yard and also will be asked to wash your hands with disinfectants ... this is only with people who have put a deposit down that we allow in at 7-8 weeks of age,,, if you are just wanting to look to choose a pup you will have to wait until they turn 8 weeks old if there are any available to see, with still using this method to keep you from bringing this disease into our home or yard.
We give our puppies their first set of shots at 6 weeks old and they get their vet check and updated 2nd set of shots and wormer at eight weeks of age and every three weeks after and although we take all precautions it does not guarantee this disease can't take our puppies ... so as you can see we try our hardest to avoid this contact with our puppies, and this precaution should also continue after leaving our home to yours, please do not take them to public places like dog parks, Pet stores etc... To continue the protocol to protect these little ones, until they are at least a year old.
Our puppies do not leave our home until they are at least eight weeks of age and paid off full amount owed, no if's or but's about it.
We only accept cash, Cashier's check or Postal Money order for balance of puppy.
We Thank You so much for your understanding, our policy on visiting our babies.
